This is a security related issue. Antivirus software or Windows user rights might prevent the ProTee SDK from starting.
1. Reboot your computer (important!) and follow the instructions: "How to take ownership and get full access to TGC files and folders" : https://csc.protee-united.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003076628-How-to-take-ownership-and-get-full-access-to-TGC-files-and-folders
2. Next deactivate your TGC license key and activate it again.
If you're running a special interface such as the TGC for SkyTrak interface, activate your TGC license key in the SimConsole as well.
