Fail to initialize SkytrakSW. Error: RIPE_ERR_RESOURCE_ERROR

Skytrak RIPE_ERR_RESOURCE_ERROR when trying to run the TGC for SkyTrak interface.

This error will occur when the TGC for SkyTrak interface is already running in the background.

Look for the ProTee shield (red icon = ST not connected or green icon = ST is connected) inside the Windows System Tray and restore (open) or close the interface with a right mouse click on the ProTee shield icon.
