Mouse conflicts in Windows Plug and Play system

On some installations, mostly on a reboot, the Microsoft Windows plug and play system identifies the ProTee Sensor System as a Microsoft Serial mouse.

This will result in a mouse pointer jumping up and down accross the screen and a block on the sensor mat serial port communication.

In order to fix this issue Microsoft Windows needs to know that the sensor mat is not a Microsoft Serial mouse or ballpoint.

Download and run the NoSerialMouse utility to fix the plug and play detection on the serial communication ports. The computer needs to restart after the fix has been applied.

The utility is available on the ProTee DVD in <DVD-Drive>\Utilities\Tools.

You may also download the utility here.
