Ensure that the E6 settings are set to ProTee United. To check, Navigate to the Settings menu. Under Simulator Settings, select the Tracking System and choose the ProTee United option.
Click ‘Configure’ in the same screen, make sure it is set to ‘localhost’. If it shows a different IP, wait for localhost and change it to localhost, save the settings, and then try connecting to E6 in the Labs software.
