Why does my VX Sensor appear to be off even though the power light is on?

The VX sensor will automatically turn on when ProTee Labs connects to it. When it is searching for a ball, the LED lights will appear dim.

Once the system is ready for a shot, the lights will brighten. If the system is disconnected from ProTee Labs, the sensor will turn off.

The LED-rings will turn off if no shot is found and no pc input (mouse, keyboard, etc) is found for the set time in the ProTee Labs settings.

Doing anything at your computer (does not have to be within ProTee Labs) will prompt the VX to start working again.
