If VX connection failed, click on Troubleshooting and follow the onscreen steps. It will Resolve the VX connection issues.
You can manually open the troubleshooter by clicking on Settings> Device>
Troubleshoot under connection.
If you're experiencing connection issues with your VX, follow these steps in order:1️⃣ Uninstall Antivirus (if installed)
Some antivirus software can interfere with VX communication. Try removing it temporarily to test.
2️⃣ Check USB Suspend Settings (for USB connection)
Go to Control Panel > Power Options
Locate and disable USB selective suspend: https://www.systweak.com/blogs/enable-and-disable-usb-selective-suspend/
3️⃣ Use a Direct Ethernet Connection
Always connect the VX directly to your PC’s Ethernet port
Avoid using routers or switches
You can use a USB-to-Ethernet adapter if your PC lacks an Ethernet port
4️⃣ Check Network Cable Quality
Use a Cat6 or higher Ethernet cable
Ensures support for 1 Gbps connection required for stable performance
