What should I do if the VX disconnects randomly?

If the VX disconnects randomly, it may be due to the USB suspend feature, a power-saving setting commonly found on laptops. To prevent this, disable the USB suspend option in the Control Panel under Power Options if your VX is connected via USB.

For a more stable connection, we recommend connecting the VX directly to your PC’s Ethernet port whenever possible. A direct Ethernet connection typically resolves most connectivity issues. If needed, you can use a USB-to-Ethernet adapter to establish a network connection.
